sliced cucumbers and red onion), Champagne Chicken (Chicken
breasts topped with sauteed mushrooms in a light champagne
sauce), Red skinned potatoes tossed with olive oil, herbs, garlic and
dusted with Parmesan cheese – roasted until golden brown, Steamed
Green Beans, Dinner Rolls, Butter, Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks followed
by a delicious Dessert of Chocolate Mousse.
