Event Description
The BCBSM Retiree Association enjoyed an event at the Hilberry Gateway Performing Arts Center. There were 40 attendees. They enjoyed a matinee performance of the musical “Cabaret”. This legendary musical was about a British nightclub singer Sally Bowles, America writer Cliff Bradshaw, and the decadence of 1929. The emcee lured you into the world of the Kit Kat Club where your troubles are left at the door. This Broadway blockbuster was daring, provocative and exuberantly entertaining, with a score featuring songs that have become classics of the American Musical Theater.
