Retirees can park in the downtown Detroit Congress garage by purchasing a $25 annual parking badge, payable by check to BCBSM. Contact Retirement Administration via email or (800)922-0699 to receive details about ordering your badge. Parking is available only at the Congress Parking Deck and only weekdays after 5 p.m. and on weekends.

  2. Benefit Commencement Date/Retirement Date
  3. PersonID
  4. Phone
  5. Email
  6. Physical Mailing Address

Although the Retiree Association can be reached by phone with questions, email is the best means of submitting a retiree parking.
